Queens invites you to an exclusive dining experience celebrating the artistry of French cuisine and the elegance of its great wine regions. In collaboration with Eberhard Tamm of Enotri Wines, we present a six-course tasting menu designed with precision, balance, and seasonal inspiration.
Each dish is paired with an exceptional French wine, chosen to reflect both harmony and contrast, guiding you through Burgundy, the Loire Valley, and Bordeaux. From the refinement of lobster bisque cappuccino with cognac cream to the depth of 36-hour braised Alberta bison short rib with truffle jus, every plate has been composed to capture the essence of French haute cuisine.
